LG Electronics introduces 'Solar Panel' in Pakistan  
STAFF REPORT KARACHI: For making its contribution to the government's efforts to explore renewable energy resources to overcome the energy shortfall in the country, the LG Electronics has stepped into renewable solar energy products by introduced the 'Solar Panel' in the local market.

"The first shipment of the company's 'Solar Panel' is expected to arrive in Pakistan by the end of this month which would be a significant initiative regarding meeting the energy crisis in the country," Suyoung Ryu, General Manager of LG Electronics Pakistan, told the media here.

At this stage when Pakistan is facing a constant sever energy shortage, solar energy could be the best alternative solution to minimize the problem.

The LG Electronics is developing not only Mono Crystaline and Multi Crystaline products but also thin-film products. It is also applying future generation R&D toward the development of all its solar technology and affiliated products. With regard to Amorphous Silion Thin Film, LG Electronics has received widespread global acclaim. Currently, there are 70 R&D experts focused solely on developing solar technology and its related products.
